Booking Terms & Conditions

By using the iFlyGo.com.au website or mobile site and our social media pages you accept these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement is between customers and Magic Tours International Pty Ltd, trading as iFlyGo.com.au. These terms apply to bookings made online or through our consultants.

Booking Authority

Persons making bookings confirm they are 18+ years of age and have the authority to accept and bind all party members to these conditions. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Order Placement & Confirmation

Bookings placed in shopping carts remain unreserved until checkout is completed. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. The company reserves the right to reject orders due to fraud concerns, pricing errors, or availability issues.

Holiday Reservation

Upon receipt of your order, holidays are allocated subject to availability. Payment is processed and a confirmation is issued once your booking has been secured with suppliers.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The following credit card surcharges apply:

Booking Amendments

Changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and will incur the following fees:

Name Changes

Name changes incur a fee of $165.00 per person inclusive of GST, plus any additional fees applied by the airline or supplier.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation penalties are calculated based on the number of days prior to departure:

More than 60 days Deposit only
60 – 29 days 40% of package price
28 – 15 days 60% of package price
14 – 4 days 80% of package price
3 days to departure 100% of package price

Flight cancellations: A $330.00 fee per booking applies, plus any applicable airline cancellation fees.

Force Majeure

The company reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, or airline/supplier operational changes. In such cases, the company will offer suitable alternatives or a refund less any reasonable expenses already incurred.

Documentation Requirements

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. Comprehensive travel insurance should cover cancellation, baggage loss, theft, personal liability, and medical expenses for the entire duration of your trip. iFlyGo and Magic Tours International Pty Ltd accept no liability for losses incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.

Travel Advice

Customers should consult the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) at smartraveller.gov.au for up-to-date destination safety information, travel advisories, and registration for Australians travelling overseas.

Flights

Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines at any time. Customers must contact their airline before travel to confirm departure times, terminal information, and any schedule changes. Airlines have the right to reschedule or cancel flights at any time. iFlyGo is not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations made by airlines.

Cruise Bookings

Cruise information listed on your Travel Voucher is subject to change based on availability and at the discretion of the cruise provider. Itineraries, ports of call, and cabin assignments may be altered due to weather, operational requirements, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes requested after cabins have been booked will incur charges, including name changes.

Liability & Responsibility

Magic Tours International Pty Ltd trading as iFlyGo acts as an agent for third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, tour companies, and transfer providers. We accept no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of government, or default of any third-party supplier.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your travel arrangements, you should first raise it directly with the supplier at the time of the issue. If the matter remains unresolved, please contact iFlyGo in writing within 30 days of your return at info@iflygo.com.au or by post to 2/66 Appel Street, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing your travel. Your information may be shared with relevant third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) as required to fulfil your booking. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
